Marketplace Leaders Partnership Regional/City Chapter Program

Overview

What: Establishment of Regional and City Chapters of Marketplace Leaders Ministries, Inc. a division of Marketplace Leaders Ministries, a 501c3 Christian ministry under the state of Georgia as a wholly owned subsidiary organization.

License to use the Name and Trademark
Regional/City shall receive the right to use the name and logo identifying City and Regional chapters allowed to use the name of Marketplace Leaders (city location). i.e., Marketplace Leaders Hampton Roads. A one-time suggested donation will be received by Marketplace Leaders Ministries, Inc. in return for the use of the Marketplace Leaders name and logo and accompanying services.

Regional/City will be a separately owned subsidiary and is recommended to be its own LLC and will not be legally tied to Marketplace Leaders Ministries, Inc parent organization. The Local and Regional entity will maintain a separate checking account.

Services Provided by Regional/City Chapter through Parent Marketplace Leaders Organization:

Marketplace Leaders will not be membership based as an organization but will provide membership services designed to equip its participants in the local and regional chapter.

The Regional/City Chapter must provide the following tools to its local participants:

  • TGIF Co-brand Program (TGIF co-branding program) which provides a TGIF cobranded devotional, articles website, affiliate bookstore and social community membership. Cost to the City/Regional Partner requires a one-time $499 set up fee and $149 a month.
  • Membership in the Change Agent Network for $47 a month for local and regional participants that provides equipping, networking and mentoring online. This program also provides a two tier affiliate income opportunity designed to generate funds for the local chapter and/or its participants.
  • Other services and support will be provided and itemized in the Local and Regional Chapter Agreement.

Marketplace Leaders Partnership Regional/City Chapter Program

Thanks for inquiring about the Marketplace Leaders Regional/Local Chapter Program, which involves the establishment of Regional and City Chapters of Marketplace Leaders Ministries, Inc. a division of Marketplace Leaders Ministries, a 501c3 Christian ministry under the state of Georgia as a wholly owned subsidiary organization.

The purpose of the Marketplace Leaders Regional/Local Chapter Program is to equip men and women to be change agents in culture at the local and regional level using the same tools that Marketplace Leaders uses on a national and international level.

To qualify to be considered for this one must have gone through the training of Marketplace Leaders Change Agent Course and read a majority of the books of Os Hillman. This is part of the training required to be able to represent Marketplace Leader’s ministry. In addition, there is a financial commitment to acquiring a license.

A Regional/City chapter of Marketplace Leaders Ministries, Inc receives the right to use the name and logo identifying City and Regional chapters allowed to use the name of Marketplace Leaders (city location). i.e., Marketplace Leaders Hampton Roads. A one-time suggested donation of $2,500 is made to Marketplace Leaders Ministries, Inc. in return for the use of the Marketplace Leaders name and logo and itemized services and products outlined in the Chapter Agreement for one year renewable license. The license is renewed yearly for $1000.

 

The Regional/City Chapter is established as a separately owned subsidiary and is recommended to be its own LLC and will not be legally tied to Marketplace Leaders Ministries, Inc parent organization. The Local and Regional entity will maintain a separate checking account.

 

Services Provided by Regional/City Chapter through Parent Marketplace Leaders Organization:

As a Regional/City Chapter you will be able to provide the following tools to its local participants:

  • TGIF Co-brand Program (TGIF co-branding program) which provides a TGIF cobranded devotional, articles website, affiliate bookstore and social community membership.   • Other services and support will be provided and itemized in the Local and Regional Chapter Agreement. Many of our books, audio messages, training workshops and small group resource materials are made available to our Regional and Local Chapters as a reseller by acquiring at wholesale pricing.
